Unfortunatley, PeachyPlum Natural Skincare does not accept returns on products or items due to safety and sanitary reasons, sale items or gift cards. If you have an issue with any of our products, please complete our Contact Form or contact us for any questions at info@peachyplum.ca. 

We will do our very best to resolve your concerns!

Please use the "Product Inquiry" in the header of your email and include:

• Your name
• Order number 
• Date of purchase
• State of product (e.g., unopened, opened, partially used, finished)
• Reason for return (e.g., unsuitable, damaged or wrong product)
• Your contact details: address, contact number

We will contact you by email within 1-2 business days to resolve your concern(s). 

• DAMAGES & ISSUES

Don't worry, we've got you! 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days after receiving your item to notify us in writing via email at info@peachyplum.ca. 

To initate an exchange/refund on a damaged product, please use the "Product Damage" in the subject of your email and include:

• Your name
• Order number 
• Date of purchase
• Receipt or proof of purchase must be included
• State of product upon receipt
• Your contact details: address, contact number

We will contact you by email within 1-2 business days to rectify the issue(s). 

To be eligible for an exchange/refund on damaged products received, your item must be returned to PeachyPlum Natural Skincare in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging to be considered.

If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
