As each product is freshly handcrafted in small batches to maintain the highest quality, please allow 3-5 business days for products to be crafted with 7-14 days for shipping once payment has been received. Once products are prepared, packaged and ready for shipping, they will be shipped within 7–14 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our pricing is in Canadian currency.
We reserve the right to pricing changes without notice.Our prices do not include shipping costs nor taxes. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated during checkout.
Payment is required in full before products are made or dispatch to the customer. If payment is refused by a card company, PeachyPlum is not liable for any delays or non-delivery as a result. We are not under obligation to inform the customer of declined or failed card payments.

We reserve the right to stop any order from going though. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order.
We currently only ship products within Canada. Products will be shipped via Canada Post or by other shipping providers. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes or remote military postings.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have all of your correct shipping information. Please include your email address and phone number if the need to contact you arises.
Shipping and handling costs are determined by total weight and size of the order.
Local Pickup may be available for those who live in the Hamilton-Wentworth region. Please select “Local Pickup” option during checkout.
Please note that not all delivery methods may be available to all areas.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?
You will not have to sign for delivery. However, by completing your order you are acknowledging that neither Canada Post nor PeachyPlum Market are responsible for replacing product in the event that your order is damaged or missing.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?
Unfortunately, Canada Post does not accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through PeachyPlum Market at this time.
PeachyPlum Market offers Wholesale pricing to approved retailers. A minimum order is required. Note that some PeachyPlum products may not apply.
